Our 2 week Eastern Cape trip started at Alfred View Guest House and what an incredible way to kick of our holiday. Frank and Linda was the best hosts and made us feel very at home. The breakfasts each morning was a delicious start of the day. It will be impossible to find equal quality anywhere else in Port Alfred. We are super excited to return, hopefully very soon!”

“Frank and Linda we such good hosts! Their place is beautiful and located near a lot of attractions. The beach, Kowie river and the most amazing restaurants. Their deck offers the full 360 view of Port Alfred with a nice bar! The breakfast was lovely and vegan friendly as well. The house is very child friendly and the rooms are spacious and luxurious. Equipped with the best products and amenities. We really enjoyed our holiday! It was like a little piece of heaven! Thank you Frank and Linda.”

After we were there in autumn, we sat down at the fire pit in the living area in the evening, where the host made a fire for us, very comfortable! “Everything was amazing. The owners and staff went above and beyond. Every day breakfast was served by the lounge with the ocean/river view, which was amazingly beautiful. Also the rooms are very clean and coffee is always available in the lobby. The staff make sure you are satisfied every time, and if you need something they always want to help out. From the beginning we felt special, because in the room we found a very nice welcome with Lindt chocolates. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We didn’t dislike a single thing about this place, we loved it. We will be back for sure.“
